Return/Exchange Policy

At Exit Signage much of our business comes from referrals, so we realize how important it is for our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products that they purchase from us. We also realize that purchasing on the Internet can be intimidating. That is why we offer all our customers a 31 Day Money Back Guarantee at no additional charge.

To return goods purchased for a credit or exchange at www.exitsignage.com call us toll free at (866) 697-9560 or send an email to sales@exitsignage.com to request a Return Material Authorization. For verification purposes prior written authorization, instructions, and conditions must be obtained before the return of any material.

Our inspection department checks all returned material to verify that it is in a restockable condition. Following their approval Exit Signage will credit you the same way your purchase was made within 5 days of receiving your material back. In some cases, there is a 25% inspection, test, and re-packaging charge applied to all returned material. Exit Signage will not credit for any shipping charges incurred. Additionally, Exit Signage is not responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse, all collect and COD shipments will be refused. Keep track of your shipment as Exit Signage cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If the product is damaged during shipment back to Exit Signage we will not be able to issue the customer a refund or credit. We will inform the buyer of the damaged items. It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If we have not received notification or response from the buyer within 45 days, the item will be discarded, and the refund request will be cancelled.

Special items and customized products are exempt from our 31 Day Money Back Guarantee. This includes but is not limited to products purchased with a cord & plug, clearance items, specifically modified material, or items that have been built to order. Items that have been abused, damaged, or items that are returned with missing or non-resellable packaging are exempt from our 31 Day Money Back Guarantee.
